Looking for a roommate, new place

Description

My current roomie and I have lived together for 3 years, and I want a change. She’s keeping our current place, so I’m looking for a roommate to sign a new lease together with. Ideally right near northeastern university or the mission hill area. Clean roommates preferred, but I’m not a neat freak. I’d like roommates, and pay max $ each.
