Room is located upstairs with a shared bathroom in a three bedroom home duplex. There will be 2 housemates. Bathroom will only be shared with one housemate

No pets, No smoking/vaping/drug use allowed.

Must be employed, provide rental history, income verification, and be able to pass a background check.
