It is a gated community with three pools throughout the complex for your personal use. Unit is approximately square feet and plenty of room for two people. Room for rent is big enough for a king size bed and then some with your own bathroom and tub. Looking to start lease agreement February 1st, it is a month lease. I am looking for somebody who is friendly and easy to get along with. Unit is furnished except the bedroom what you would be bringing your own furniture. Has a nice big kitchen to make meals in.
