White Canvas Room Available in PHX

About the room: Two hundred square feet white canvas room available in PHX on January first. Even though it is the smallest room in the house, it is the farthest away from all other rooms, giving it the most privacy available at the house. 

About the house: Full restroom will be shared with males. Price includes all utilities (electricity/water/sewer/WiFi) and parking is ON the street. There is no washer/dryer at the four bedroom house. However, there is a laundromat within a mile of distance. 

About the location: four miles away from the airport and close to shops and restaurants. 

Living arrangements: month to month to start would be ideal, then we can extend to a contract for , or twelve months. 

Requirements: candidates must pass a background check (fifty dollar non refundable fee) and provide two forms of identity proof. Two hundred and fifty dollar deposit is due after receiving background results. First month is due on move in day.
