You will have your own private side of the apt, we will have a shared living room and kitchen. The rent in total is $ before the water bill is added. Internet, rent, laundry unit and light bill is split . The lightbill but can vary based on usage, also the apt is located on the 3rd floor and I do ask you make 3x the total rent it's a requirement by the complex.
