Looking for like-minded individual, preferably male, working professional or professional student between to fill a bedroom in our fully furnished house in lower highlands. This would be a sublease to fill one of the bedrooms and the lease runs through June with the option to renew.

The house has a backyard with built in grill, two car garage with lots of storage space, large open concept downstairs with vaulted ceilings, living area with fireplace, kitchen, gas range, pantry, laundry closet, and is walking distance to tons of restaurants and bars as well as the platte river/cherry creek trail, commons park, and lower downtown including union station.
