Private furnished bedroom with twin bed, ” TV, desk, lamp, and plenty of storage, closet space and cu. ft. mini fridge with top freezer.

House supplies (included in rent): Essential household items like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and bathroom cleaning products are covered in rent, so no need to split costs. We also have shared cleaning tools (broom, mop) and a robo-vacuum that keeps open areas clean daily.

Shared kitchen, dining, and living areas with central air & heating.

House setup: Our bedroom is on the opposite side of the house with its own private bathroom. Your bedroom would be on the opposite side, See 2nd picture for layout.
