Looking for a place near Sewickley

I live outside Cleveland, OH with my husband however an opportunity for work has come up in the Pittsburgh area (Sewickley, PA). I am looking for a place to stay Mon-Thurs (during the week) for about a year or so. I plan to come home on the weekends and this position would require travel so there may be weeks I am not there at all. Looking for a room with another professional female that is budget friendly but in a safe neighborhood.
