Double Bedroom in Southfields Grid

Description

A double bedroom available with own bathroom. The bedroom is currently used as my office. The room has built in wardrobes and additional shelving. There is a large separate bathroom with bath/shower. The flat has its own entrance and overall is 3 bedrooms (and 3 bathrooms) fully furnished and in very good condition. I live in but intend spending more time overseas so am looking for a responsible and friendly person to move in January / February. The flat is a close walk to Southfields tube station and around minutes to Earlsfield overland station. My teenage daughter stays with me every other weekend when I am in town hence she has a preference for a female flatmate. I am seeking a professional worker who is clean and will look after the house particularly when I am away. Bills to be shared but I am happy to discuss. Thanks!
