Roommate moving out due to work

Looking to fill a room as one of our roommates has to relocate for work.

This would be for a bedroom w/ a large closet and shared bathroom for $/mo + utilities.

The house is a bd/3bth w/ a huge living, dining, and kitchen area. All appliances are updated including washer, dryer, fridge, stove, and dishwasher. The house also has fiber internet, solar panels, and water filter installed for low utilities and no arguments over filling the Brita.

The front has a small yard w/ 2 driveway spaces but no garage access. The back has a huge yard w/ a view of the entire coast and a separate shed and garden area.

Street Name: Las Alturas Terrace. min drive from groceries, gym, food and min drive from downtown. Located in a pretty quiet residential neighborhood w/ plenty of street parking.

About us:
co-ed (engineer, product manager, construction, student, x2 cats). Pretty easy going so happy to let you join in on what we have going on or do your own thing and have people over. Most weeknights we are pretty focused but sometimes will do activities w/ friends after work (sports, bars, picnics, movie theater, etc..).
