looking for roomate

Description

-it’s an older apartment complex, very spacious.
-off moreland ave, it’s mins from little points, and from midtown.
-Rent would be $ and we split wifi and power, that’s it
-there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and then a bath with just toilet and sink
-you would have shared access to the apartment besides my bedroom
-I have two cats and a small dog, i am very responsible with them
-i would prefer another woman to live with, but open to anyone.
- open to being friends or just being roommates
-i just moved here about 6 months ago
-i have a washer and dryer in the apartment

about me:
i’m and i work from home as a pharmacy technician, i like to go out but don’t enjoy having a party house, this is a safe place.

neighbors are very kind, there’s a pool and a dog park. several beautiful parks within mins of here as well

i’m an artist, i love edm, video games, i like to read and watch movies and eat good food.
