Unfurnished Room for Rent

Description

Hi, my name is Ryan and i am a looking for a roommate to rent out an unfurnished bedroom in my townhome located in the Taylor Landing subdivision. The room also has a private bathroom.

I currently live alone with my 5 year old cat and would prefer to keep the number of pets in the house low. Another cat would be preferred but any pets would be accepted on a case by case basis with an additional $ a month added to the rent.

I rarely have guests over but I'm not going to ban all visitors.

Admittedly, the parking situation isn't the greatest in the neighborhood so the only parking offered would be on-street.

Looking for someone that could do a 6 month lease but would be open to a month to month arrangement.
