We have a room for rent available in Riverwest available January .

The house has a beautiful garden, a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and a shared bathroom. There is a washer/dryer, a shared TV area, and an exercise bike in the basement. The home is close to the farmer's market and a short drive from Pick N Save and Walmart. The roommates have Sam's Club and Costco membership and share some grocery costs. There are 2 roommates you will be sharing the space with for a total of 3 people. One of the roommates will be away for 6 months for an internship - often only 1 roommate will be home. The homeowner is on the premises several weeks out of the year in the upstairs unit. Your room will be square feet.

This is a quiet house, no large parties, no smoking, no pets. We prefer not to have frequent overnight visitors. Rent is competitively priced, the home is shared with two working professionals (therapist and nursing graduate student). We are friendly and like to have dinner together as a house at least once a month.
