Private Room for Rent – $ Utilities – Relaxed, Friendly Home
We’re looking for a new roommate for a private bedroom in our laid-back, respectful home. You’ll share a bathroom with one other person. Rent is $/month plus $ for utilities, which covers Wi-Fi, water, electricity, and trash.
You’d be living with one female and one male— I’m a full-time student, and she’s with two adorable cats. We both work professional jobs, and when we have downtime we’re usually binge-watching Netflix or grabbing an IPA at a local brewery.
