You’ll be sharing the bathroom and kitchen with two housemates who work full-time and are rarely home, so it’s quiet and comfortable. Rent is $ each if you share the room. The location is super convenient like Trader Joe’s, Asian markets, restaurants, and other grocery stores are very close by, and Santa Anita Mall is only a few minutes away.
