Hi! Looking for two roommates to sublet Spring of .
It is Walnut Ave. It's about a minute walk to Marshall St., and about minutes from Bird Library.
The house has two other male roommates (4 bedrooms, two bathrooms), all seniors. There is also an extra room in the back for storage. It's a month with full amenities and free laundry. WiFi is an extra bucks a month.
Also looking to sell my parking spot, but price is negotiable.
I've also attached the place's virtual tour. The room connected to the living room and the room directly across from the back bathroom are the two available.
