Seeking room in Seattle accessible/walkable to link/transit $ including utilities. Preference to rooms that have free laundry + kitchen access.

I am a year old receptionist at a behavioral health clinic and visual artist. I have a partner and don't plan on hosting for more than one night max on the occasion. I am very respectful of space, boundaries and keen on cleanliness c: I love to cook and would love access to kitchen and don't mind bringing in my own items..
