Looking for place to live by Dec.

Hey everyone! I’m looking for a place as soon as possible and hoping to find a roommate (or roommates) who enjoy keeping a comfortable, easygoing home. I’m social, love to work out, and really value living with people who are friendly, clean, and respectful.

My budget is up to $/month for rent—just keeping things reasonable while I’m borrowing a car until I save up enough to get my own. I’m actively job hunting and should have something within a week, but I do have savings and can cover rent or move-in costs upfront. I’m also totally willing to help with cooking, cleaning, and chores while I get settled.

I do have a very sweet, well-behaved cat, but I understand if pets aren’t allowed and can make temporary arrangements if needed.
