Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Outpost Apartments. I have stayed here for 3 years and have enjoyed my time here. I am moving from the area and no longer have need for the apartment. I am looking for someone to move in asap.

I am willing to cover the first month of rent ($) as well as the $ transaction fee.
