The apartment also comes with a TV, Dishwasher, and an IN UNIT Washer and Dryer. My lease comes with an optional parking spot. The Finmore offers unique amenities including (coffee machine, hot tub, fire pit, 2 gas powered grills, a club house, study room, free printing).
