Master Room Available

Description

Hi! I’m Heather and I'm looking for a female to take over my bedroom until July (have the option to extend another year if you want). I currently live in a bath in the Mueller/Manor area with two wonderful ladies. minutes away from Mueller & minutes to the middle of downtown Austin. The house is located more on the country side which means beautiful sunsets & quiet mornings. The room is available now. The room is the master and has a huge walk in closet and private bathroom.

Our house is spacious with a huge backyard. We have an island in the kitchen for those who love to cook. We have a garage which fits 2 cars. We're also in an HOA which means we have access to a community pool (about a 3 minute walk from the house). There's also a little hiking trail nearby.

Rent would be $ for the room; not including utilities which ranges between $ per person depending on the time of year.

The girls are so kind and I’m sad to leave them.
