I’m graduating this fall and looking for someone to take over my lease starting January through July at The Summit. I’m open to subleasing just my 1 bedroom in a 3BR unit or the entire 3-bedroom (my roommates are in the same situation). The Summit does individual leases, so each person pays their own rent.

Rent: $/month (per person) — includes:

• Modern wood-plank flooring
• Upgraded fiber-optic high-speed internet
• Updated kitchen & bath features
• Built-in microwave, washer & dryer, full-size bed, and refrigerator
• Fully furnished
• Granite countertops (kitchen & bath)
• Utilities included: water, sewer, internet

Extras: You only pay $/month renter’s insurance + electric.

Timing: Move-in Jan . Sublease ends July (option to renew with the property if you want).
