You are more than welcome to use the common areas, the TV, the laundry room, kitchen appliances, and much more that will be provided and shared. Please note that the house is still in the process of being fully furnished. You are welcome to furnish your own room or keep it furnished as is prior to moving in.

There's no application fee, however, the potential tenant will have to cover their own background check (a small fee) if everything looks good once we meet up, and we mutually choose to move forward. A refundable security deposit of one month's rent will be required upon moving in.
