The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on December 1st. All lease lengths are up for negotiation, tho 6 months to a year would be ideal. Pet friendly, if they are small to medium size, I just don’t have much of a yard so it may not be great for large breed dogs. Pet deposit required if you have them. I have no pets right now so no conflict there. I work from home but my office will be in my room so I won’t bother. Utilities to be split . I can help you move if you need. Please no smoking in the house, vaping is okay, other substances are tolerated so long as they don’t become an issue and are discussed in advance. Please just be honest here, I don’t judge and have been around the block myself lol. Friends and significant others are always welcome so long as they are clean, kind and respectful. Note, they are your responsibility while on property.
