Helllo! I’m using the microphone because I’m not for the app -I refuse to, haha. We’ll have to connect via phone.

I just moved back to SoFlo and I’m looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to land while I get settled again. Ideally a room or efficiency around 1K, but if your place has that “okay, I could actually feel at home here” vibe, I can be flexible. I’d like to start month-to-month or weekly at first. Just a run so we both know it’s a good fit. I keep my space clean (cleaning is my peace), I’m easy to live with, and respect is huge for me - it’s the one non-negotiable that makes everything else flow.
For clarity, I’m not working at the moment, but I’m actively interviewing this week. And most importantly, I have a few months worth of rent money set aside specifically for housing while I get reestablished. I usually work a mix of office roles and the service industry. I am steady, focused, and reliable.
I’m looking in east Broward mostly, but I’m also open to Palm Beach.
