Hi there! I’m a registered nurse with stable full-time employment, and my family and I are looking for a place to rent in the Torrance or South Bay area. We’re reliable, clean, and respectful tenants who take great care of any home we’re in.

We recently went through identity theft, which temporarily affected our credit, but we have steady income and great rental history to show. We can provide pay stubs, employment verification, and solid references.

We’re a family of young kids, and we’re just hoping to find a safe, comfortable place to call home while we continue repairing our credit.

We’re ready to move as soon as possible and happy to meet or talk with any landlord or property owner who’s open to working with us.
