ISO roommate (female) $

Description

ROOM WILL BE CLEARED OUT AND READY BY DECEMBER 1ST.
One of the girls is using it as a room for her daughter while the room is vacant but we are currently looking for a roommate to rent it out to help us with living costs.

Amenities/Features:

-3 bedroom house
- Washer dryer hookups (currently need a washer and dryer)
- No dishwasher
- Brand new oven
- Brand new double-door fridge
- Freshly re-paved driveway

Available bedroom is upstairs, has it's own HVAC unit and remote, a closet and a shared bathroom.
Full disclosure: The upstairs bath does not have a showerhead yet, a replacement should be installed by December 1st.

Public Space:
Shared kitchen and living room, large deck with a large front and backyard.
**Driveway CAN flood during heavy rains so we sometimes have to park near the mailbox.
Two roommates will be Haleigh, she has a small child and one large dog (well-behaved and gentle temperament)
And myself, I have one female cat and one medium-sized female dog, the cat mostly stays in my room and she is a senior cat.

We moved in recently and the house needs a little work but it's a great house and dirt cheap for being so close to Gatlinburg and Sevierville.
