ISO a room in the LA area

Hi, I’m a musician and educator in the LA area looking for a room. I would like to move by the end of January . I’m easygoing, respectful and tend to keep to myself. I don’t really have a preference as far as age and gender, just as long as parking isn’t terrible. I would prefer a roommate that’s okay with cats, but it’s not required.
