Shared kitchen with 2 fridges + 1 freezer
Laundry room (washing machine, dryer) and an extra freezer in the basement
Friendly and easy-going flatmates

Fully furnished (large wardrobe and bed included in rent, desk, chair were rented for NOK)
Electric heater in a room

Rent: NOK/month (all included: electricity, heating, water, internet)

Location – Øya area:
1 min from St. Olav’s Hospital
3 min from Student Samfundet (buses in all directions)
min walk to NTNU campus
Grocery store right next door
min walk to city centre

The apartment has a great atmosphere, kind flatmates, and an amazing location close to everything you need.
