Taking over my lease

Description

Hi. I am looking for a female to take over my lease at Montara Park for the period of January,. It’s a fully furnished standard apartment. The monthly rent is $ excluding amenities. The amenity charges do not go over $ generally. The other 3 women are really nice ,cordial and easy to get along. There are no pets in the apartment. The room and the appliances are in good condition.

Amenities at Montara Park: Swiming Pool, Bar-B Que, Fitness Room, Free WiFi Facility, Media Room, Meeting Room, Free Printing, Parking Facilities, Access to Bus Stand, Close to Walmart Supercenter at NE Alameida.

You can also shift anytime after th December. The rent is paid till December’. I am willing to pay the rent for the month of January’ if needed.
