About your housemate, Roxana (see pics): I’m an outgoing, clean, and respectful -year-old Latina from CA. I appreciate and respect boundaries/space and maintain a CLEAN and inviting space. I like to bake and cook regularly. Currently, I’m a full time employee and student at USC. I like to party but not at the apt; it’s a sanctuary. :) Generally, I’m very easy to talk to, and you’ll laugh a lot!

About you: Inclusive, organized, and vaccinated. Be willing to clean as you go and deep clean once a week. You don’t have people over all the time. You respect boundaries and alone time/space. Last but not least, you pay on time and are responsible.

A few more things:
This is a magical room! Everyone that’s lived in this space has gone on to experience new and exciting opportunities since I first got this place. Please note that there are a 2 different versions of the room layout in the pictures. A long-term renter would be appreciated! And should you need to move for whatever reason, you need to give at least days notice and find your replacement.
