Hey guys I’m Rob and looking for a roommate to fill a room in my sq ft home in South Austin, built in . House is located about min to downtown or Airport (Depending on traffic).
Terms: Available Dec 1. Rent is $ (all utilities with 1GB AT&T fiber + gardener included) month to month (open to longer terms). House also has a fire pit, grill, ice bath, sauna and workout equipment.
About me: I am , retired Air Force, currently working in corporate physical security (mostly remote). I have a sweet 6 year old dog named Huck. He’s kennel trained and stays downstairs. My weekends are spent mostly out at concerts, going out with friends, festivals, comedy shows, the lake, etc. Trying to stay more active and get more into golf and pickle ball. Love football season so will be out a lot during game days but also have YouTube TV + NFL Sunday ticket at the house. I am laid back, clean, organized, all about respect and communication and looking for the same. Non-smoker ( friendly).
