Wheelchair, yr old male.am Str8

Description

I am a Gen X’er year old straight white man , who has been in a wheelchair for over years . Looking for a room to rent . Longterm rental/ lease . N month lease, and then month to month bull . Moving while in a wheelchair ’s. I am a home body . I basically live at home. I am on disability. My income is not limitless. I am dealing with medical issues and I am looking at more surgeries in the short future. I can get along with anyone. Don’t step on my toes and I won’t smack your’s with a f-ing hammer !! lol joking NOT !! I am not driving at this time , and that will be changing here shortly. I drink , I smoke. Both cigarettes and friendly. I don’t stand or walk . So the bathroom is kinda tricky when it comes to sharing one. I use a shower bench that sits in the tub / shower stall. If shared bathroom? Then bench can be easily moved.

I cook !! Everything!! I normally cook way too much SO ?? !! ?? If you like eating “WELL” then - I am the roommate for you . I will have a person whom will come in and clean also. Or atleast clean up after me !

$. would be to highest I can pay and still take care of my other bills.
As I have stated I am in a wheelchair and have been for a long time. So WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE is a MUST . I can and will purchase ramps for accessibility if needed . Like I stated I am looking for a longer lease term and a longer lease option. Moving in a wheelchair ’S !!! plus year’s in a Wheelchair and I can be a grumpy old man- no game’s , no drama, and NO B.S. LIFE IS HARD ENOUGH- WITH OUT IT.
