Hi, I’m an IT professional working in Montvale, NJ. I’m looking for a small single room or a shared room nearby (within short commute distance). Having in-house laundry and kitchen access would be great.

I’m open to basement rooms as well — no issues there. I’m quiet, clean, and easy to get along with.
