I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in our B apartment at Felix (The Society). I’ll be moving out this month (November), and my current roommate will be staying. The lease runs until September . The apartment is modern, spacious, and ideally located right across from Fashion Valley Mall, with shops, gyms, and restaurants all nearby.

• Unit Type: ZBZB at Felix (The Society), next to Fashion Valley Mall
• Roommate: American, years old, master’s graduate, currently a bank data analyst. Very sporty and chill, enjoys running and working out
• Rent: Around $I9OO total after utilities and parking
• Move-in: Anytime after roommate amendment and background check (about 2 weeks)
• Lease Term: Through September
• Amenities: Large gym, swimming pool, pool table, outdoor grills, pet-friendly community, study lounges, and secure parking. Coffee shop and Town & Country Resort are just nearby
