Hello,
I am an expat from Slovak republic. I am a year old who will be looking for work in Eindhoven Netherlands and a place to stay from the start of April .
My monthly budget is euro maximum with utilities (water, heating, electricity, wi-fi included), lower price is always welcome.
Basics:
1 room

Must-have:
private bathroom
private wc
private bedroom
1+ year long contract with the possibility of extension
move in date: April .
reliable communication with the landlord
included utilities (water, heating, electricity, wi-fi included)
functional heating system
Other:
I have no problem with sharing kitchen, livingroom...
Can be furnished (if it´s not, the price I am able to give is euro with utilities)
About me:
I am a clean person and I always clean after myself. I am always on time and I like reliability, I consider myself reliable and responsible as well. Out of my experience I always contact the landlord if there´s anything not functioning properly in the flat, so there´s awareness of the problem. With payment I am very reliable as well.
