I have a room available for rent. There are currently three tennants, and we are seeking a fourth. Rent is $ per month, and utilities are based on usage, typically averaging $ per person a month. The main floor is furnished, so the only furniture you'd need is for your room. There are half bathrooms, with both fulls and one of the halfs being shared. This is a 5-bedroom house, so there's plenty of storage space and a big yard if you have pets.
