Private room re-let

Description

I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Skyview, which lasts until July . The place is on campus, 3 roommates who are all male and very nice, fully furnished with a tv and couch in the living room, and a full sized bed, shower curtains, desk, chair, and nightstand in the private room, as well as in unit washer and dryer. The kitchen is nice and large, where you can have multiple people in there at once. Utilities are included in the rent, which is $ a month. Looking for someone to move in immediately, there is a $ lease transfer fee, which I will cover. A parking pass can be added on for a month.
