Looking to rent room months.

My girlfriend of 3 years and I are looking for an affordable room for months. We're in the process of saving for our own home so we just need something quiet. We do own a dog ( retriever) super sweet. And a car ( she is usually hiding ) . We are very clean. We love to keep to ourselves. We don't bother anyone. We used to rent our own home to people so we know the ins and outs of respecting another person's home!
