📢 Lease Takeover – January to July

Description

I’m graduating in December and looking for someone to take over my lease from January through July at Jacob Heights / Summit Apartments, Unit -A (Summit Bath A). The rent is $ per month, with free wifi and electricity paid separately. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom, and you’ll be living with one male roommate who is quiet and respectful. You can also choose to renew the lease after July if you’d like to stay longer. As an added bonus, I’ll cover your first month’s rent (January) to make your move-in easier.
