Lease take over for main bedroom

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at a home in North Glendale. The home is located on W happy valley, just off interstate seventeen.
There is a large connected bathroom with a double vanity and shower/tub combo, 2 large walk in closets, and multiple storage closets in the bathroom. My roommate is a man and his kids who are in the home every other week. He does smoke cannabis, but no cigarettes. The home has a large kitchen, a second bathroom so you won’t be sharing, lots of kitchen storage, and 2 large family rooms. There is a connected garage and an open space, just no fob. This lease continues until April next year. The room will be unfurnished and receive a professional deep clean before move in.
