Looking for a room in FL

Description

I am , I work from home, and I am clean. straight as an arrow. I like to cook, go to the beach, take the boat out ( yes if you room with me youll have access to a boat) I am not a super big bar scene guy but enjoy going out occasionally. I recently have gotten into golfing ( shoot mid to high 's) and I have a dog named kodak. I am looking for a room to rent in south florida hopefully in the palm beach gardens/ jupiter area. since I work from home I need a quiet environment from monday - friday - I work in sales so i am constantly on the phone. Happy to have male or female roomates as long as you are respectful.
