Room for rent no closet or door

Description

My boyfriend and I recently separated and I would like to be able to manage my apartment on my own but I'm pregnant and will have to stoop working. I'm looking for someone who just needs a small starting space but also someone who is willing to negotiate a lower rent in exchange for helping with my animals. My apartment is rather small and already very furnished so bring in stuff to put in common areas won't really work. I also already have cabinets full of dishes and kitchen supplies. You would really be moving into a well lived home. I'm looking for a roommate who will also be a friend. I like a family dynamic around the house and would love to connect over shared dinners and movie nights when there's nothing else to do. Electric varies but I wrote the average amount in the winter.
