Private Walkout Basement

Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to rent my fully finished walkout basement. It’s a bright, comfortable space where you’ll have:

Your own large living area

A private bedroom

A private full bathroom

The basement is entirely yours — quiet, spacious, and perfect if you want privacy while still having a friendly housemate upstairs. You’ll also have access to the hot tub and a shared kitchen on the main level. As long as we both clean up after ourselves, the shared space works great. Partially finished. I have a queen bed, loveseat and some chairs. I can get rid of if you do not want.

About me:
I’m , work full time, and I’m a gamer. I don’t smoke. My three kids are with me every other week, and their bedrooms are all on the 2nd floor, so you’ll have plenty of separation and peace downstairs.

Rent is $/month (utilities included) — flexible if needed. Looking for someone responsible, respectful, and easygoing.
