Looking for a quiet roommate to rent master bedrooms, complete with an attached bathroom. Can only accommodate one tenant.
Located in the heart of Downtown Fullerton, this condo includes a common living room and kitchen that is shared by the current tenant.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a white wooden dresser, with laminate flooring. All other furnishings pictured are not included. There is central A/C, private onsite laundromat (shared with the two other apartments in the triplex), and reliable street parking. Perfect for a student, professional, or retiree!

Current tenant is a retired woman in her s who prefers a quiet and stress-free environment. She expects reasonable cleanliness day-to-day and consideration about volume and when inviting over guests.

Two friendly and (we like to think) cute small to medium-sized dogs are already in residence, so please no pets.

Application requirements:
Landlord requests the following to be executed before approval:
-a copy of ID/DL and completed application
-fees for background check ($)
-social security number
-credit report (you print; can be free report) and past days' pay stubs

Upon approval:
-deposit of $ (includes first month's rent & security deposit)
-signed sub-lease agreement

No smoking, illegal drugs, overnight guests without approval, loud or disruptive conduct.
