Affordable 2 bedroom needed

My husband, Kyle, and I are searching for an affordable rental property in Frederick County, Maryland. We welcomed our first baby in March and are working hard to create a stable and happy home for our growing family.
Kyle works full time in construction and has over a decade of experience in the field. He also picks up overtime whenever possible. He’s very handy and could be a help with small maintenance tasks if needed. I’m a full-time mom and also run a small Etsy shop from home. Since we’re focused on saving for our future, we’re working within a monthly budget of $.
We’re hoping to find a place with at least two bedrooms, preferably in a rural setting, though we’re open to anything within our budget. We also have a very well-behaved dog who is part of our family.
