We are a couple Professionals living in the back of our house. We both work and study, and occasionally, our kid visit for nights due to work or leisure travel. We are seeking a female roommate, preferably in her late s, who is responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with.

Our beautiful 4-bedroom home is centrally located in Orange County, just minutes from Southern California beach cities and minutes from Disneyland. The house is situated miles from popular beaches such as Newport, Laguna, and Huntington, 4 miles from John Wayne Airport, and miles from Disney and Angel Stadium.

We are looking for someone to Rent a furnished room for $ per month. The room is less than a mile away from Orange Coast College. The Well Maintained bathroom is shared with us, There is ample parking available.

**Availability:** Mid September/October Month-to-month (short or long-term options available)

The shared living space includes a furnished living room and kitchen.
