Additional Notes
I value a calm and comfortable living environment and am looking for a space where I can both relax and contribute to a positive household while maintaining mutual privacy. I went through a difficult separation over a year ago that admittedly impacted my rental history, however I am always a responsible tenant and roommate. I’m more than happy to provide proof of steady income and references to demonstrate my reliability and character on request. Also would like to note I am flexible on prices for rent, it doesn’t have a range option but anywhere up to is very comfortable and anything beyond can be discussed as necessary.
