Whats going on folks! I am Drez! I am looking for a roomate that would be interested in potentially rooming with me to find a nice townhouse that we could rent out. I am open to potential room for rents if they are master bedrooms with private baths with enough space to fit a bed and a desk Budget: $1000 (on my end)
Move in: Looking to move sometime in April I have 2 cats that are well behaved and would mainly be in my room About me: I am respectful, clean, and easygoing roommate who values a peaceful SAFE and drama-free living environment. I work and keep to myself mostly, but friendly, communicative, and mindful of shared spaces. I believe in contributing equally, rent on time, and maintaining a positive, laid-back atmosphere. I am responsible and respectful of other roomates. Outside of that, i work from home, have a stable income and enjoy playing pc games. I work from home and mainly keep to myself. My circle around me is about as small as a cheerio. I don't really do night life. Please reach out if your vision alligns with mines.
