Female roommate needed by May 1st

My lease here is up at the end of April so I'm exploring options of moving in closer to my office in Houston. Preferably a house/apt with a female roommate because I would prefer 'female talk' over 'bro talk' in the shared spaces. Maybe you have a room or maybe we could rent a house/apt together? I currently have a nice two-bedroom duplex, but it's a + minute daily commute each way. I no longer have any pets but any of yours would be acceptable.
